We have minimized ongoing energy consumption by integrating established, well proven methods. These include high thermal insulations standards (both our centres have completely new super-insulated roofs), energy recovering filtered fresh air ventilation systems, heat pump heating and cooling systems, and energy efficient lighting systems. We have reduced our overall energy consumption year on year over the past 8 years, and we restrict our electricity suppliers to those offering 100% renewable origins. Our spaces repurpose existing buildings which were previously in low spec office / light-industrial / warehousing uses. They have been designed for flexibility, to optimize shared support facilities, and to avoid wasted left-over space. Al
