Our offices are 150 - 250 sqft (1 - 4 people).

Our leases start at 6 months and can move to 12 months after a successful first lease.

Rent includes all utilities, wifi, and 24-hour access to our multiple lounges and co-working spaces.The Workshop is a collection of creatively rehabbed offices, studios, and common spaces, specifically designed to facilitate artists and entrepreneurs. Private offices and studios are available for short and long-term lease.
