Formerly known as Santee Fashion Mart (circa 1927) Once a manufacturing building, the Santee Collective is now home to a wide-array of different creatives including: Fashion and Costume Designers, Pattern and Sample Makers, Tailors, Marketing Agencies, E-Commerce, Artists, and Photographers. Our spaces boast an industrial, loft-style aesthetic with large windows, concrete pillars, exposed ceilings, freight elevator, loading dock, and unparalleled views of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline. As we continue to develop this Art-Deco Gem; we do so mindfully as to preserve old-world charm while providing new-world functionality.
