Stratum features one of the most distinctive, innovative, and sound structural systems in the industry, consisting of shear walls and internal and exterior perimeter moment frames, along with a flat slab. An advanced technology called post tensioning is also utilized to do large spans of upto 15m in order to provide the clients with flexibility for better space utilization and optimum unobstructed floor-to-floor height. Special compliances have been integrated into the structure in line with India’s seismic code. To provide utmost safety, an expansion joint has been incorporated into the building allowing movement during earthquakes and storms while still maintaining large floor spans of the building.
