About

A creative space in the very heart of Tula, created in April 2018.

The joint project of private investor Mikhail Shelkov and the state corporation Rostec is being implemented with the active support of the Tula Region leadership. Here you can visit a contemporary art exhibition, gain skills at the Higher Technical School, listen to the most relevant music, spend time with a book in a modern library, and get acquainted with the history of Tula and Russian industry in the multimedia Machine Tool Museum.

The Octava cluster is:

Master classes, lectures, exhibitions of contemporary art;
Machine tool museum and exhibition space;
