Formerly operated as the Cubes at the Quonset, MAV WORKS is the Cubes’ new sister space. Just about a mile away, Mav-Works has a tighter footprint and offers furnished, private 9 ft. by 14 ft. offices. Still run by the same old guy - and his sweet daughter - it’s warm, personal and dog-friendly. MAV WORKS is a friendly, professional office environment housed in a light-filled, Limestone Tobin Hill structure a few blocks from San Pedro Springs Park, one mile west of the Pearl and one mile due north from the center of downtown. MAV•WORKS is located in one of the most exciting, redeveloping areas of San Antonio. Connect easily to highways 281, I-10, or I-35 to quickly access any part of San Antonio.
