Meeting room bookings can be made by phone or email, preferably at least 24 hours in advance, except meetings after 5pm. Meetings should last a maximum of approximately 2 hours, except after 5 pm. Recurring cancellations may be charged at an amount corresponding to 50% of the total cost of said appointment. The provision of the meeting room includes electricity supply, WiFi and access to a private bathroom and will cost 20 Euros for annual contracts and 30 Euros per hour for other contracts. The virtual office service includes the sending of a weekly email free of charge and whenever correspondence is received in the name stated in the contract. This email does not make any reference to the sender's names, which can be indicated by telephon
